About the author:
Minister, Nurse, Book Author, Song Writer, Recording Artist are just some of the titles that Wife and Mother, Dr. Janice Crenshaw can lay claim to.
Dr. Crenshaw has proven herself to be a woman of excellence, listed in Who’s Who Worldwide. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing, and an honorary Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Bible Studies. She later went on to receive her Doctorate Degree in Divinity from the University of Grace and Truth in Dayton, Ohio, graduating at the top of her class as valedictorian.
A minister of the Gospel for almost 30 years, Dr. Crenshaw has a track record of achievement, to include the authorship of four books and two gospel recording CDs.
Dr. Crenshaw has had the opportunity to touch lives through ministry of the Word of God and in song across the United States, London, Africa, and Germany. Her diverse talents in ministry and in business has favored her interviews on various radio and television programs, including the international TBN network, on a variety of topics, to include , diversity, ministry, health care and advertisement.
She has served her community in a variety of roles to include, the Florida Black Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, The University of West Florida Advisory Board for the College of Professional Studies, and a member of the Physical Health Panel for the United Way.
Dr. Crenshaw has partnered with community organizations and businesses in support of student mentoring initiatives and annual youth rallies that focus on helping students acquire the skills and motivation for state testing.
She developed and taught a biblically based Life Skills course for incarcerated women, with the goal of equipping them with the spiritual insight on how to overcome past failures. Dr. Crenshaw is the president of JC Ministries and Publishing, and has served the community for years supporting and developing programs designed to position individuals with the knowledge and skills to enhance their economical status through education and application of biblical principles.
